Mark Bilton is a, “Leadership Advisor” with 20 years Managing Director and CEO experience, leading 6 companies. This included a transformational role as Group Managing Director of Gloria Jean’s Coffees’ global business, leading 40 countries.
Mark has an MBA from Auckland University and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management.
Mark has led transformational change in many sectors and is internationally recognized for excellence in ‘Business Transformation’.
After receiving a Bachelor of Law at the University of Sydney Nick worked for a mid sized Sydney legal firm, Garland Seaborn for a decade specialising in commercial and property law. He moved to Paris after accepting an offer from the French investment Bank Societe Generale joining their commodity derivatives team concentrating on opening up Africa for the Bank. After 4 years in Paris Nick returned to Sydney where he headed SG’s mining finance team for a decade before joining private equity group Taurus Funds management who invest and lend globally in the mined resources sector.
Nick has been a Councillor of the City of Sydney, a Director of NRMA, a Senator of the University of Sydney, and Chairman of NSW Rugby Union. Nick was also a Former Director of Wesley Mission and has done decades of work with Non-for-Profit companies.
He was also a member of the Australian rugby team for 10 years from 1984 and Captained the team to Australia’s first Rugby World Cup success in 1991. He was awarded an Order of Australia for services to rugby in 1992 and has been inducted into the Australian and International Rugby Halls of Fame. Nick is married to Angie and has 4 children.
Sally Kay is an expert in corporate governance, business strategy, compliance, and financial and property services. She is Managing Director of Vision Finance and Property Central West, and an Associate with Cultivate Solutions Pty Ltd Management Consulting. She has worked in strategic and management roles with the Law Society of NSW and MLS Consulting. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1990, Sally practised in a large Sydney firm as a commercial litigation solicitor specialising in insurance and industrial law. Sally is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds degrees in Arts and Law as well as a Diploma in Financial Services. She and her husband enjoy renovating old properties in their spare time.
Mick Fabar is the founder and Managing Director of Green Homes Australia. Mick is a fully licensed Master Builder having completed his carpentry apprenticeship in the Central West of NSW and later his Masters in Construction and Building Management at ANU. He has won numerous MBA and HIA awards for his homes including National HIA Home of the Year in the Water efficiency and Energy Efficiency categories. Mick is also a 6 time boxing Guinness World record Holder and twice Motorex National Champion. Mick is a passionate supporter of children’s charities, sitting on the CWBoard of the Ronald McDonald House since 2005. Mick is married and with his wife Sophie, they have three children.
