3. Design Stage - We make this process easy for you and your client, walking you through this stage to achieve their concept plans. By keeping you central to this process you stay in full control of the project in its entirety, and can use this time to build a strong relationship with your client.
4. Inclusions Schedule - Once concept plans are finalised we also provide a schedule of green inclusions and price list to match that design, assisting you to prepare your construction contract. Our product partners offer you huge savings in green product supply - making green home construction more affordable and your prices competitive.
5. Accreditation - Approved concept plans and inclusions schedules are then subjected to an independent accreditation process through a peak industry body, ensuring the home meets the requisite standards of sustainability.
6. Detailed Drawings - Construction Plans and Engineering Plans are then completed.
7. Construction - At this stage you would prepare your construction contract, and lodge your clients Development Application ready to commence construction.
