agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as modified by Green
Homes Australia from time

In these Terms & Conditions “we”, “our and “us” means

and “your” means you the customer.
These Terms & Conditions together with your order
constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of
products. No other Terms & Conditions will apply. The Contract
cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email.
By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase the
products you have selected based on these Terms & Conditions.
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you can not
place an order with us. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you
acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years of age.
If we suffer any damages or other losses as a result of a
transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek
compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor
who placed the order(s).

PRICING & GST
Green Homes Australia strives to provide accurate product
and pricing information however despite our best efforts, from time to
time, some products may be incorrectly priced. If an item’s correct
price is higher than our stated price we will at our discretion either
contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and
notify you as such.
All prices are in Australian dollars and purchases include
GST unless otherwise stated on our product listing.
Payment Methods
Green Homes Australia currently only accepts payments via
the online secure payment Credit Card Facility, PayPal.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Green Homes Australia prides itself on the quality of its
products and level of customer service. Green Homes Australia endeavor
to ensure the information is correct and up to date at the date of
publishing. However in the event content of any publication is found to
be incorrect then a 100% unconditional refund will be made.
EXCHANGE ITEMS
If you downloaded document that is faulty in any way please
email Green Homes Australia and the product will be replaced within 48 hours of
the your email notification.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Unforeseen supply problems, such as a slow internet
connection or disruption to customer internet service provider
connections are the responsibility of the customer. No responsibility or

MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the www.greenhomesaustralia.com.au Consumer or
Trade Zones (Apprentice, Tradie or Builder) may be terminated by any of
the following:
RESIGNATION
Any member may withdraw from the www.greenhomesaustralia.com.au
(Consumer or Trade Zone(s)) by giving written notice via email to members@greenhomesaustralia.com.au.
All members make a minimum commitment of 12 months to there membership (Consumer or Trade Zone(s)). In order to avoid the obligation to pay additional monthly membership fees, a member's written notice of termination
must be received by Green Homes Australia one month prior to the requested cancellation of membership, and only after the initial first full 12 months of membership.
EXPULSION
A member may be expelled permanently for causes, such as
violation of any of the Rules of Green Homes Australia, or for unlawful
conduct or misrepresentation.
PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES
Payment of membership fee is due on the day of every month at which you subscribed.
LATE PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES
In the event that any member shall fail to pay its
membership fees in full by the date upon which payment is due, Green
Homes Australia have the right to
(i) suspend the membership rights of the member, with or without conditions for reinstatement, or
(ii) terminate the membership entirely.
