RESIGNATION
Any member may withdraw from the www.greenhomesaustralia.com.au (Consumer or Trade Zone(s)) by giving written notice via email to members@greenhomesaustralia.com.au.

All members make a minimum commitment of 12 months to there membership (Consumer or Trade Zone(s)). In order to avoid the obligation to pay additional monthly membership fees, a member's written notice of termination must be received by Green Homes Australia one month prior to the requested cancellation of membership, and only after the initial first full 12 months of membership.

EXPULSION
A member may be expelled permanently for causes, such as violation of any of the Rules of Green Homes Australia, or for unlawful conduct or misrepresentation.

PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES
Payment of membership fee is due on the day of every month at which you subscribed.

LATE PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES

In the event that any member shall fail to pay its membership fees in full by the date upon which payment is due, Green Homes Australia have the right to
(i) suspend the membership rights of the member, with or without conditions for reinstatement, or
(ii) terminate the membership entirely.
