Step-By-Step

Building can be a complicated process, but we make it simple for you.

1. Contact us - to discuss your plans to build, renovate or have your designs prepared.
2. Design - we establish your objectives, discuss concepts, prepare a design brief, and follow this through to completion of Final Concept Plans.
3. Accreditation - we subject your plans to independent accreditation through a peak industry body to ensure the home meets the requisite criteria.
4. Detailed Drawings - Construction Plans and Engineering Plans are then completed.
5. Inclusions - an inclusions list and construction quote are prepared for your approval.
6. Council - we submit your plans to Council and walk them through the relevant approval processes.
7. Building - once approval is obtained from Council, construction can begin.
